Theusercanenablethefunctionof“automaticsubscription”onthecurrentproductpage.Ifthisfunctionisenabled,thesystemwillautomaticallytransferallthebalanceavailableforsubscriptionintheuser’sspotaccountintothecurrentaccountforcurrencydepositandearningfrom10:00HKTeveryday.Atthetimeofautomaticsubscription,thesystemwilldeterminewhetherthetotalamountofcurrentproductsheldbytheuserinthatcurrencyexceedsthesingle-personlimit,andautomaticsubscriptionwillnotbemadefortheexcesspart.Whenthemousehoversover“automaticsubscription”,thesystemwilluseallthetransferrablebalancesinyourcurrentaccountforcurrencydepositandearningtoautomaticallysubscribeforcurrentproducts.

2.Wehavetherighttosuspendorterminatetheproductinadvanceif:(1)Productterminationisrequiredbyregulatoryauthoritiesorbylawsandregulations;(2)WeareunabletocontinuetoperformtheProductAgreementduetoforcemajeureand/oraccidents;or(3)Thereareothercircumstancesinwhichwedeemitnecessarytoterminatetheproductinlightofmarketconditions.

3.Ifweterminatetheproductinadvance,wewilltransfertheuser’sduerevenuetotheuser’saccountwithintwodays.

4.OnlyusersinsomemarketswhomeettheKYCrequirementsoftheplatformcansubscribetheproducts.

5.ThisAgreementonCurrencyDepositandEarningProductsisanimportantpartoftheUserAgreementoftheplatform.MattersnotagreedhereinshallbegovernedbytheUserAgreement.
