礦企Stronghold Digital Mining擬通過1000萬美元私募股權融資購買比特幣礦機:金色財經報道，比特幣礦企 Stronghold Digital Mining 宣布，已與機構投資者和公司董事長兼首席執行官 Greg Beard 簽訂證券購買協議，向機構投資者出售 900 萬股 A 類普通股和股票等價物，以及向 Beard 贈送 100 萬股 A 類普通股，每種情況下的價格為每股等值 1 美元。公司還將向購買者發行購買合計 1000 萬股 A 類普通股的認股權證，初始行使價為每股 1.1 美元（可調整），此類認股權證在發行后六個月內不得行使。在扣除發行費用之前，私募的總收益預計為 1000 萬美元，預計將用于收購更多的比特幣礦機。私募預計將于 2023 年 4 月 21 日結束。
